Refund Policy - Techecies (India)

    We offer refunds for products/services that are purchased/booked directly from our website.

    To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 05 days from the date of purchase.

    Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at techecies@gmail.com.

    Your refund request must include the order number, purchase/booked date, and reason for the refund. We
    will review your request and notify you of the refund decision within 21 days. If your refund request is
    approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Refund Criteria: We may offer refunds in the following cases: Defective or damaged product/service.
    Non-delivery of product/service. Major defects that prevent the product/service from functioning as
    advertised.

    We may not offer refunds in the following cases: Change of mind or personal preferences, errors or
    mistakes made by the customer during the purchase/booking process, failure to meet system requirements
    or compatibility issues, refund requests made after the specified refund request period.

    Additional Terms: In case of a refund, the product/service must be returned to us, unless it is a digital
    product/service that cannot be returned. Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions.
    Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase, and any currency conversion fees or
    differences will not be refunded.

    We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
